From November 29 to December 1, the Annual Conference of the Global Chinese Teacher Education Alliance and Forum on Teacher Professional Development and Teaching Practice Innovation in the Digital-Intelligent Era was held in Hanoi, Vietnam. The conference was co-hosted by East China Normal University and the University of Foreign Languages under Vietnam National University, Hanoi, and organized by the International College of Chinese Studies and the Global Chinese Teacher Education Alliance.
Experts, scholars, and frontline practitioners in the field of international Chinese education from 17 countries, including Egypt, Australia, Canada, Cambodia, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, the United States, South Africa, the Philippines, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, and China, gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions, pool wisdom, and build consensus on issues such as the professionalization and localization of Chinese teachers, and innovation in Chinese teaching practice in the digital-intelligent era.
