A native of Lanzhou, Gansu Province, he is a Mingyuan Chenhui Scholar and Master's Supervisor at the International College of Chinese Language and Culture, East China Normal University. His research directions include language economics and big data in international Chinese language education. He is proficient in five programming languages: C++, JAVA, MATLAB, Python, and R. He has participated in the research and development of the "Global Chinese Language Communication Dynamic Database" and is responsible for the later maintenance of the database (website: http://hanyudb.com). He presided over a general project of the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education (Project name: "Research on Demand Modeling of Economic and Trade Chinese Talents under the RCEP Framework"; Project No.: 22YH65C). He has published many papers in CSSCI, SCI, and SSCI journals such as Linguistic Sciences, Applied Linguistics, Studies on Chinese as a Second Language, Electronic Commerce Research, and Computational Intelligence and Neuroscience.
